The Parish Council and Meetings

Who we are – St Paul’s Walden Parish Council has 7 Councillors. Councillors are elected by the electorate every four years.

When we meet – The Parish Council meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm either in the Village Hall or the Pavilion.  As well as all documents including agendas being available here, agendas are also posted on the notice board outside the village shop and will confirm the venue and business for that month.

All public are welcome to attend a parish council meeting. Every meeting includes a slot near the start of the meeting for public participation.  This gives people the chance to contribute to an agenda item or raise an item that they would like included on a future agenda.  Public participation is allocated 15 minutes per meeting and each individual member of the public is allowed to speak for 3 minutes.  Please contact the Clerk if you would like to speak or have an item for the agenda.
